Although I don't recall exactly how Lauren and Gracie were introduced to Little Debbie and her delightful Oatmeal Creme Pie, they are now fast friends. We were noticing last night that Lauren visibly shakes in anticipation when we are slicing one of the delicious pies in half for sharing. It is reminiscent of the footage of all those girls shrieking and screaming for the Beatles. She manages to retain some pride and dignity; there is no shrieking/screaming; just an appreciable tremble. Gracie, being more indiscriminate (she has yet to meet a grain of sugar she does not like), holds herself, well, gracefully, while awaiting the dessert course.
