He is risen!
We had a great and busy weekend. We spent Saturday morning doing some errands and prep work for Sunday, and then Skip and the kids rode bikes while I picked up my mom, who was spending the night with us and going to church with us the next day.
Easter Sunday can be a little hectic, but the trio raided their baskets, got dressed, ate breakfast, and we were able to be on time for church. The only glitch is that my camera's lense had gotten bumped, meaning that our photos are unfocused. So there's that.
Otherwise, we had a wonderful morning, and the service was incredible.
Skip's parents, along with my mom, joined us for lunch. After lunch, the trio hunted eggs, and Pixie was happy to help out with the hunting of the eggs.
We had a wonderful Easter and hope you did as well.
