We have been working to keep the same schedule that we normally have so this afternoon George and Grace decided to have Robotics. They organized all of their equipment and had time to build their wheels and axels.
George and Grace also participated in a worldwide VEX Robotics conference call to discuss 2020-2021.
The art teacher at George's school has been doing periodic online crafts. She does a great job of showing a very basic craft (with minimal supplies that most people would have on hand), and then she adds "extras" at the end. Today we just dove in at the start so our craft is pretty basic, but we're up for being prepared for all the extras next time.
George also had a class assignment incorporating a drawing lesson from Dav Pilkey. What if Dog Man had to have remote schooling from home? George draw Dog Man having school in his (George's) room.
We are working toward keeping our minds occupied and continuing to grow and learn... and have fun, too.
