Happy Monday!
This week we are celebrating spring break, and we are keeping close to home this year. To kick off our week, we had a pretty relaxing weekend. The trio's school had it's fifth annual 5K run Friday (more soon), and we were pretty exhausted by noon on Friday... the trio from having run 3.2 miles and me from helping to set up/break down the event. We took it very easy Friday afternoon.
We had a pretty chill Saturday as well. Lauren, Grace and George spent most of the day playing, riding bikes and just hanging out. Our church had a combined worship service Sunday, meaning all three services meet at 10am. Since combined services are always crowded, we made a deal that if they got ready without any arguments whatsoever, we would sit in the balcony. That was huge incentive because they are fascinated with the balcony.
After church, we celebrated Skip's Dad's birthday. Everyone was super excited to celebrate with Poppa.
