Gracie's self-portrait

Although she is covered in cracker crumbs and has some mucous residue, I love this picture of Gracie, a shot that she snapped earlier in the week. Gracie is unbelievably affectionate and has earned the "love bug" moniker due to all of her hugs and kisses. Gracie is also a bit of a "close talker," and this is the view we have of Gracie most of the time -- up close and personal, with cracker crumbs as an added bonus. From here, she quickly moves in for action. This view of Gracie's piercing hazel eyes occurs right before she either presses her face into yours or perhaps climbs on top of you for hugs. What happens next is that you encounter her skin -- it still surprises me how soft her skin is -- and are smothered (sometimes literally) in affection.
