We have kicked off the first week of summer vacation. Yesterday, we went back to the splash pad, an activity we will likely make a weekly occurrence. At 3 1/2, the girls seems to prefer splash-type situations over the pool, and I am enjoying avoiding all of the get-in-or-out indecision that seems to go hand in hand with toddlers and the pool. We usually end up playing on the steps, and I am sure that is thrilling to all of the other folks trying to gain entry or exit the pool.
We are all about keeping the peace.
