Park visit

This past weekend, William George had his first visit to the park. We decided to take it easy on his nervous system and go to the smaller park that is closer to our home. 

We haven't been to this park in a long time, but the girls reaquainted themselves with the different slides in no time. 

We still like the swings best, and Lauren spent most of her time swinging while Gracie took turns on the merry-go-round, the swings and the slide.  Even George tried out the swings! Although he was nervous at first, he relaxed and enjoyed himself. 

We have been reading "Ladybug Girl and Bumblee Boy" a lot lately, and therefore, Gracie and Lauren are more interested in big, elaborate playgrounds, like the one described in the book.  Something tells me we will be touring several playgrounds this summer. 

What are your favorite types of playgrounds?  Do you prefer smaller, quieter playgrounds, or the larger ones that are packed with activities?
