Field Trip

George's class recently had its very first field trip to Children's Theatre. Skip took a long lunch, and we both accompanied George and his class to a production of The Jungle Book. George sat next to his best buddy, and we had an excellent time. 

Now, here is a picture in which I look really surprised. HA!

George was used to have a party every couple of weeks last year, and he is learning to really make excursions count this year, since they are more rare. Overall, he is having a great time in first grade.
