Today we got to experience the duo's first band concert. They have been dutifully practicing, and we are super impressed with what they have learned in just a few months.
Skip, Grammie and I arrived just in time for me to grab a couple of pics. They weren't very happy about this, but I'm still adjusting to middle school protocol.
Grace's friend was saying, "Why do moms always do this?" Because we just do.
We loved the program and are impressed with their band. (FYI, the duo say the trombones "get yelled at a lot," but I assured them that just means there's room for improvement.)
Speaking from the parent section of the concert, we loved it.
