Kindergarten Easter Party

William George's class had an Easter brunch + egg hunt this morning at school. George was ready to sing songs, chow down and hunt eggs. George has a fantastic class, and we are going to miss the magical wonderland of Mrs. Shelby's kindergarten when school winds down in a few weeks.

This little bunny was ready to party.

As you might imagine, the icing on that cupcake disappeared in about two seconds.

Everyone lined up and was poised to spring into action for the hunting of the eggs.

They were off in a flash, trying not to disrupt the new mulch that had been put in place for Easter Sunday...

Fortunately, there was only minimal disruption.

At yesterday's egg hunt, I mentioned that you can tell which students have older siblings by how aggressively they hunt for eggs...

Soon enough they were all collected.

Everyone gathered for a quick photo, and no one fell in the fountain. :)

George gave a quick thank you and goodbye to the lady who makes every day so magical. Thank you, Mrs. Shelby!

Happy Easter to you and yours!
