Tummy time

Time for tummy time again! Ahhh, tummy time... the infant favorite. After some initial crying, George has embraced tummy time. He comes out of the tummy time gate strong, alert and focused. 

Sometimes he looks almost too alert, as evidenced below:

We are working on increasing his stamina.  After a few minutes, he gets tired, and his eyes start to droop. 

And then the snoozing begins.  The carpet is so thick, and his blanket is sooo soft. 

George would like for the record to show that he "rolled over" during tummy time last week.  It was something of a fluke, sure, and has not been repeated since. But, he still wants that accomplishment noted. 

In the meantime, George is getting scads of encouragement from Gracie and Lauren, both of whom take full advantage of George being accessible, out in the open in the middle of the floor.
